As our new Software Engineer, you will 📈

• Problem-solve and craft solutions how you see fit, supported by a collaborative team.

• Use languages like Typescript, Golang, Python, PHP, AWS CDK fit for the problem.

• Have room to develop solutions with great leverage, fit for the future and scale but balance the need to ship iteratively.

• Be given a clear WHY but have full liberty on the HOW.

We anticipate that you have / are🎯

• 3+ years as a software developer building cool things at work or on the side.

• Some experience with architecting and deploying to cloud.

• Sufficient numeracy and STEM or STEM like foundation to cope with a complex domain.

• Ability to communicate well and foster positive working relationships.

• Motivation to work as a team with a positive and can-do attitude.

• Able to work 2-3 days a week on site in our central London office.
