As an Operations Technical Specialist, you will ensure the seamless functioning of our operational processes, with a strong focus on data integrity and process efficiency across the capital markets ecosystem. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset.

What you’ll do 📈

• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of client data across custodians and trading venues.
• Monitor and reconcile incoming data feeds, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance data validation and reconciliation processes.
• Own the data migration and reconciliation process during new client onboardings.
• Serve as a key operational point of contact during onboarding phases.
• Review and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Drive automation of repetitive tasks by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Implement and maintain best practices for robust data management processes.

What we’re looking for 🎯

• 2+ years of experience in operations or back-office roles within the banking sector.
• Strong data management and programming skills; experience with Python, PowerQuery, or BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
• Experience with capital markets data, custodian data, and data migration flows.
• Understanding of listed market execution flows is a strong plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and structured analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Role is based on-site at our Copenhagen office.
