As our COO, you will architect and scale the operational backbone of a company determined to automate wealth and asset management through AI. This is your opportunity to build the machine behind the mission, partnering with the CEO and executive team to turn bold ambition into disciplined execution. If something is missing, you build it. What you’ll do 📈

• Lead cross functional task forces tackling our most critical strategic and operational challenges

• Own and elevate executive rhythms including leadership meetings, OKRs, and QBRs to ensure sharp execution across the company

• Oversee and evolve our People function, driving hiring, performance management, and a high ownership culture built for scale

• Design and implement scalable systems across revenue operations, onboarding, finance, reporting, and internal tooling

• Partner with Product and Engineering to operationalize our internal AI vision and ensure we move from idea to shipped solution at high velocity

• Oversee Finance including capital planning, headcount modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and investor reporting

• Build world class CX and onboarding operations that reflect the strength of our partnerships and product

• Continuously identify inefficiencies and build smarter workflows, automations, and AI driven processes across the organization

What we’re looking for 🎯

• 8+ years of experience in high performance environments such as MBB consulting, investment banking, or senior leadership in a ultra fast scaling tech company

• Proven track record of building and scaling operational systems from scratch in complex environments

• Strong financial and analytical fluency with deep understanding of SaaS metrics, P&L ownership, and capital planning

• Genuine excitement about AI and its potential to transform wealth and asset management at scale

• A builder mindset with a bias for action, comfortable rolling up your own sleeves and creating solutions when none exist

• Experience driving cross functional alignment and holding senior stakeholders accountable to ambitious goals

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with structured thinking and high attention to detail

• Experience within banking, asset management, or wealth management is a strong advantage
