As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will build and scale Performativ’s fintech platform across trading, onboarding, and reporting. You will work across the stack, own features end to end, and deliver products used by leading financial institutions.

What you’ll do 📈

• Build and scale backend services using PHP, Go, or similar technologies.

• Develop modern web and mobile interfaces with React, Next.js, and React Native using TypeScript.

• Own features from concept through deployment and iteration.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs.

• Contribute to shared component libraries and design systems.

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.

• Drive architecture decisions and technical improvements.

• Improve performance, usability, and reliability across the platform.

What we’re looking for 🎯

• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer or similar role.

• Strong backend experience with PHP, Go, TypeScript, Python, or similar.

• Solid frontend experience with React, Next.js, and React Native with TypeScript.

• Experience building scalable APIs and modern web applications.

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Testing Library, Vite, or PHPUnit.

• Comfort working in product-focused teams with end-to-end ownership.

• Strong problem-solving skills and system thinking.

• Fluency in English.

• Based in the Philippines and available for mid-shift collaboration with UK teams.
