As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a central role in helping Performativ win and onboard strategic clients across the asset and wealth management industry. You will partner closely with sales to uncover client needs, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate how our platform drives measurable business value. From first discovery to successful onboarding, you will help clients accelerate time to value through strong industry expertise and a highly consultative approach.

What you’ll do 📈

• Partner with sales on high-value opportunities to understand client goals, challenges, and priorities across asset and wealth management.

• Lead discovery sessions to uncover business pain points related to portfolio analytics, performance measurement, regulatory reporting, and data quality.

• Design and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts tailored to client use cases and decision criteria.

• Act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle by bringing relevant market knowledge and industry insight to senior stakeholders.

• Translate complex client requirements into solution designs that demonstrate clear ROI and business impact.

• Support new clients during onboarding by helping configure dashboards, reporting structures, analytics, and workflows aligned with their objectives.

• Work closely with product, engineering, and client success teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.

• Build strong relationships with customers post-sale to support adoption and identify expansion opportunities.

What we’re looking for 🎯

• 5-7 years of experience in asset and wealth management, ideally in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or client-facing product role.

• Deep expertise in financial and portfolio reporting, including performance measurement, risk metrics, and regulatory disclosures.

• Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to influence buying decisions and contribute to revenue growth.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, especially when engaging C-level stakeholders.

• Ability to simplify complex technical and financial concepts into clear, value-driven client conversations.

• Experience working with SaaS platforms and API-driven solutions in financial services.

• Consultative approach with the ability to uncover needs, shape solutions, and build trust with clients.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional collaboration.
