As a Capital Markets Business Analyst, you will build and operate the systems that power Performativ’s investment platform, ensuring reliable data and smooth workflows across client-facing processes. You will work hands-on with data, tooling, and stakeholders to solve problems, improve operations, and deliver a high quality client experience.

What you’ll do 📈

• Own the integrity of portfolio and trading data across custodians, trading venues, and internal systems

• Support the development of validation, reconciliation, and automation tooling used across the business

• Investigate and resolve data issues in collaboration with Operations, Product, and investment teams

• Communicate directly with clients when issues arise, providing clear updates and timelines

• Manage data migration and reconciliation processes during new client onboardings

• Work with Product and Tech teams to improve data flows from ingestion to reporting

• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and contribute to automation initiatives

• Help improve data management practices and visibility as the platform scales

What we’re looking for 🎯

• Experience in financial services such as asset management, wealth management, private equity, banking, or fintech

• Strong understanding of financial data from operations, middle office, or back office roles

• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, PowerQuery, or BI tools for analyzing and resolving data issues

• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets

• Experience with capital markets data, custodian data, and data migration processes

• Understanding of listed market execution flows is a plus

• Structured and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

• Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

• Proactive approach with a sense of ownership
