As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will own and execute demand generation strategies across channels, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will combine data, creativity, and experimentation to scale our marketing engine and deliver measurable impact.

What you’ll do 📈

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and partnerships

• Build and manage performance marketing funnels, including landing pages and nurture flows

• Lead and execute SEO and AEO initiatives to maximize visibility across relevant channels

• Experiment with new channels and tactics to identify scalable growth opportunities

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement

• Collaborate with content marketing to align messaging across campaigns

• Partner with sales to improve lead quality and increase conversion rates

• Manage and allocate campaign budgets to ensure strong ROI

What we’re looking for 🎯

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with digital ad platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, AEO, and marketing automation tools like HubSpot

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, testing, and optimization

• Solid understanding of conversion optimization and lead nurturing best practices

• Ability to combine creative thinking with data-driven execution

• A curious and experimental mindset with confidence to challenge conventional approaches

• High energy and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced scaleup environment
